Terms of Service

Effective August 22, 2026. These Terms govern the FaceSeek website, mobile applications, guest access, accounts, subscriptions, and related services.

Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms to use FaceSeek.
By using FaceSeek or submitting an image, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

FaceSeek accepts a user-selected image and returns possible visually similar images and links to independent source pages where available.
Results are generated by automated similarity technology and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or show a different person. Visual similarity does not establish identity.
FaceSeek is not an identity-verification, background-check, law-enforcement, credit-reporting, employment-screening, or individual-profile service. Do not rely on a result as proof of identity or as the sole basis for a decision affecting another person.
FaceSeek does not control third-party source websites and does not guarantee that a source page remains available, accurate, lawful, or unchanged.

You may submit only your own image or an image for which you have all necessary consent, rights, permissions, and lawful authority to upload and process it.
You remain responsible for the images, URLs, and other content you submit and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, and other applicable laws.
Where an Image Search Consent control is provided, you must complete it before accessing Gallery or Camera. A confirmation does not transfer responsibility for the submitted image to FaceSeek.

You may not use FaceSeek to stalk, harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, impersonate, dox, surveil, or otherwise harm another person.
You may not use results for employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, eligibility, law-enforcement identification, immigration, background checks, or other high-impact decisions.
You may not use FaceSeek to identify a person who has not authorized the search, to search images of minors without lawful parental or guardian authority, or to infer sensitive characteristics.
You may not scrape, automate, resell, reverse engineer, bypass credit or access controls, create duplicate accounts to obtain additional trials, or use the service to build a database or profile of individuals.
You may not upload unlawful content or content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Guest Mode may provide limited access without registration. An optional account may enable cross-device access to eligible subscriptions, credit balances, and saved search history.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account or guest session.
Introductory guest credits are limited to one allowance per eligible device, browser, or network. Reinstalling, clearing storage, switching browsers, or creating duplicate accounts does not create a new allowance.

Paid digital features are purchased through the applicable app store or payment provider. Their payment and cancellation terms also apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal. Deleting a FaceSeek account does not itself cancel a store-managed subscription.
Restore Purchases may be used to recover an eligible store subscription. Optional registration may extend access to supported devices according to the applicable store and account rules.
Credits, plan limits, renewal dates, refunds, cancellations, and restored entitlements are subject to the product terms displayed at purchase and applicable platform rules.
Prices and plan features may change prospectively. Changes will not reduce an already purchased entitlement during its current paid period unless required by law or platform policy.

Result thumbnails and links may originate from publicly accessible third-party websites. FaceSeek does not claim ownership of third-party content.
You must follow the source website’s terms when visiting or using its content. FaceSeek is not responsible for third-party content, security, privacy practices, or availability.
To request removal of an image from its original location, contact the website that hosts it. Deleting a FaceSeek search does not remove content from the source website.

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms.
You can delete a registered account in the app or follow the instructions at https://faceseek.cc/account-deletion. Deletion is permanent and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain pseudonymous anti-abuse, transaction, security, legal, or accounting records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required.

FaceSeek is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every search will complete or produce relevant results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceSeek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a result.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
