Delete Your Account

Effective August 22, 2026

You can delete your FaceSeek account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open FaceSeek and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings, then choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when prompted. You may be asked to verify with your password, Google, or Apple.
  4. Your account and account-linked records are removed, and you are returned to the welcome screen.

Delete without the app installed

Email contact@faceseek.cc from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”.

We verify that the request comes from the registered address and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account, email address, and name.
  • Your search jobs, complete search history, saved results, and account-linked references to submitted images.
  • Your subscriptions, FaceSeek credit balances, and usage records in our application database.
  • Your referral code and referral statistics.
  • Your sign-in credential with our authentication provider.

Uploaded images and source websites

Submitted images are hosted so the requested search and saved history can function. Account deletion removes account-linked records and image references from the FaceSeek application database.

To request removal of a remaining hosted copy or backup, email contact@faceseek.cc. An image hosted by an independent result-source website is not controlled by FaceSeek and must be removed through that website.

What may be retained, and why

  • Records independently maintained by Apple, Google Play, or another payment provider under their own legal and platform obligations.
  • A pseudonymous device, browser, or network claim showing that an introductory allowance was used, retained as reasonably necessary to prevent repeated free-credit claims.
  • Information required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your FaceSeek account does not cancel an active subscription. Google Play and the App Store manage subscription billing.

  • Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Cancel before deleting your account to prevent renewal after the current term.
